What is Applied Improvisation?

Privacy, Security and Refund Policy


We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

An initial deposit of 50% of the agreed upon training fee is to be paid at the time your training is confirmed and formal agreement received. The remaining balance shall be paid in full at the time of completion of the Corporate Training event. Due to the need to schedule events well in advance and the unique preparations required for each event, your deposit shall be non-refundable unless you provide Apixii - Applied Improvisation a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the date of the Corporate Training, in which case Apixii will refund fifty percent of your deposit. After the training is completed, we are unable to offer refunds.


What kind of exercises does the Applied Improvisation Institute use?

The exercises used at the Applied Improvisation Institute are developed exclusively by the Bovine Metropolis Theater. They take elements of embodied improvisation, applied improvisation principles, and Eric Farone's experience of more than 20 years using improvisation as a training tool, and experience as a corporate trainer and recruiter for some of the nation's largest companies. All of this experience is coupled with the fun of improvisation, resulting in exercises that will revolutionize your business skills and engage your prospective clients. The exercises are invested in embodied leadership using exercises that integrates 21st century business skills with attitude, physical choices and engaging dialogue techniques. They cover Team-Building, Presentation, Listening, Oral Fact Finding, and Creativity.
